CAAMD Adult & Family Services offer an abundance or services for Elderly and Handicapped Adults. Assisting right from your own home.
ADL ASSISTANCE
Activities of Daily Living such as bathing, dressing, feeding, ambulation and continence care.
SOCIALIZATION
Companionship, assistance with arranging social events. One to play games with, activities and hobbies.
TRANSPORTATION
Safe reliable transportation to and from errands, for Medicaid Waiver applicants; private pay charge per mileage.
MEDICATION MANAGEMENT
Reminders to take and refill all medications as prescribed. Assistance in keeping a medication calendar and packing medications for travel.

General house management . Light work such as laundry, dusting , sweeping , mopping, running the vacuum.
Light Housekeeping
Assistance with meal planning and prep, grocery shopping, cooking meals such as breakfast lunch and dinner clients choice .

Adult Day Services
Schedule doctors appointments, therapy, rehab. Plan and facilitate health and fitness activities and programs. Provide resources for both Food And Housing Assistance .
